Trust & data handling

Zero data retention, stated precisely.

Arnict does not retain prompts or completions. Content is processed only for the life of the request, then discarded. We publish what is excluded, what operational metadata remains, and where the commitment is binding.

Policy version

ZDR-1 · August 11, 2026

PublishedApplies when production inference begins.

The boundary

What happens to request content.

“Zero retention” covers the content you submit and the content the model returns—not the minimum accounting metadata needed to operate a metered API.

DataDuring requestAfter request
Prompt contentProcessed transientlyNot retained
Completion contentStreamed or returnedNot retained
Application logsContent fields excludedNo prompt or completion content
Databases & backupsContent fields do not existNo prompt or completion content

What is retained

Operational metadata, never content.

  • Account and API-key identifiers
  • Model identifier
  • Input, cached-input, and output token counts
  • Latency, timestamp, and request status
  • Equivalent cost used for allowances and billing

What is never done

No secondary use of customer content.

No model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or human review using customer prompts or completions.

No advertising profiles, sale of content, or product analytics derived from prompt or completion text.

No forwarding to a third-party inference provider. Kimi K3 is served on Arnict-operated US infrastructure.

No content recovery from application databases or backups because request-content fields are not stored there.

Evidence for procurement

A commitment you can trace across the site.

Arnict is bootstrapped and does not present third-party certifications it has not earned. Instead, the current evidence is intentionally direct: a public policy boundary, a contractual service commitment, published infrastructure scope, and one accountable contact for diligence.

Current product state

Production inference is not live yet, so no live customer prompt or completion traffic is currently being processed. These controls and commitments govern the production API when it opens.
